Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated June 23, 2026
This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Makora. It supplements our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Each renewal refreshes your monthly credit allowance.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and you will return to the free plan. We do not provide partial-period refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle unless required by law.
3. Refunds
Because the Service delivers value immediately through credit-based usage, payments are generally non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as:
- A duplicate or accidental charge.
- A documented billing error on our side.
- An extended Service outage that prevented you from using your plan.
4. Credits
Credits have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are non-refundable. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Cancelling your plan forfeits any remaining credits for that period.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a billing issue, email eavila5680@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, within 14 days of the charge. Please include the date and amount of the charge so we can review it promptly.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we’re happy to help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
